No. Cheqrd guides open in any mobile browser. Scan, view, done — no install required.

Can I change content after printing the QR?+

Yes. Every Cheqrd code is dynamic. Update your guide and every printed sticker resolves to the new content.

What if I have dozens of locations?+

The Scale plan supports unlimited locations, team roles, and brand inheritance across every venue.

Will it work in multiple languages?+

Yes. Cheqrd detects device locale and serves the matching translation when you publish one.

How are scans tracked?+

Every scan is tagged with code, location, device, locale, and referrer. You can export to CSV or query the API.

Is my data secure?+

All data is stored with row-level security and tenant-aware access control. We never sell or share visitor data.

Can I use my own domain?+

Custom domains are available on the Scale plan. We handle the SSL setup for you.

How do I add team members?+

Invite by email from the Team section. Roles are scoped per organization and per location.

What payment methods do you accept?+

All major credit cards via our billing provider. Annual invoicing is available on Scale.

Do you offer a free trial?+
